Lobsters skewers

  • 4 lobster tails
  • 4 limes, quartered (5 if you are marinating them)
  • A red onion, chopped in squares
  • A splash of olive oil (if you are marinating)

* You can add vegetables you like to this!

How to

  1. Pre-boil the lobsters in water for 1 ½  minutes.
  2. Take the shells off and cut the flesh of the tails in 4 chunks.
  3. Makes the skewers with the red onions and the quarters of limes, making sure that the pulp side of the limes touches a piece of lobster so it marinates it while it cooks.
  4. Season the skewers with powder cayenne pepper, parika, cumin, garlic salt and black pepper.
  5. Marinate the skewers in the juice of two limes and a splash of olive oil if you have time.
  6. Grill on the BBQ at about 400F for 10-15 minutes until the lobsters pieces are cooked. 
  7. At serving, squeeze the grilled lime on the lobsters, it’s to die for!!
