Watermelon fish bites with wasabi sauce

Servings: Appetizer, 2 people
Ingredients
Cubes of fresh watermelon
200g Firm white fish, sliced at about ¼ cm.
Cucumber (skinned and thinly sliced on the length)
Dozen leaves of fresh mint
Wasabi paste (1/2 teaspoon)
Splash of sesame oil
½ juice of a fresh lime
Pinch of sugar
Black sesame seeds
How to
cook
Place the watermelon cubes on a board or a plate
Top with the fish, slices folded in half
Roll and add the cucumber slices.
Finish the bites with a leave of mint and sprinkle with black sesame seeds
For the sauce, mix together the wasabi, the sesame oil, the lime juice and the sugar.
