Thai Tuna Salad

Ingredients

  • 500g Sustainably sourced tuna, diced
  • A red onion, sliced
  • A handful of cherry tomatoes
  • Cucumber (julienned), or even better green papaya or green mango
  • ¬†Mango (not too riped), diced
  • An avocado, diced
  • Green onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp of Fish sauce
  • 3 tbsp of Fresh Lime juice
  • Pinch of sugar

How to
cook

  1. Mix the tuna, the red onion, the mango, the avocado, the cherry tomatoes, the cucumber, and the green onions in a serving dish.
  2. For the sauce, mix the fish sauce, fresh lime juice and the sugar. You can then adjust if you prefer your sauce more (more lime juice) or less acid (more sugar).
