Blackened fish tataki
Time to cook: –
Difficulty: –
Servings: Main dish, 2 people
Ingredients
500g Firm white fish
Blackened or Cajun spices (pick one with not too much salt in it)
2 splash of olive oil
1 lemon, quartered (grilled if you have time)
Yep. That’s it!
How to
cook
Cover the fish with the spices (you want to coat it) and a bit of olive oil
Sear the fish at high temperature (in pan, or on a BBQ) until cooked on the outside, but still a bit raw on the inside.
Serve by slicing it on a chopping board.
Add some lemon wedges on the side at serving (if you can grill them, they taste even better!)
