Jerk Fish poke bowl

Servings: Main dish bowls, 2 people
Ingredients
Grouper or any other white fish you like
A mango
Cucumber, sliced
Bell peppers, roasted (you can roast then yourself or buy them already roasted)
Wet jerk marinade
Cilantro
1 tsp of Chili pepper flakes
Pinch of cumin
1 cup of rice
Salad or kale, if used.
How to
cook
Marinate the fish in the jerk marinade for a couple hours (if you don’t have time, it’s fine!)
Cook the and set aside.
Peel and dice the mango.
Fry it in a pan for about 5 minutes (not too soft)
Place the grilled mango in a bowl and mix with chili flakes, salt and pepper and cumin. Set aside.
Fry the fish in a pan until it breaks apart (watch closely!).
Place the rice and salad in a bowl, and top with the fish.
Add the veggies and the mango salsa in compartments.
Sprinkle with cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
