Jerk Fish poke bowl

Ingredients

  • Grouper or any other white fish you like
  • A mango
  • Cucumber, sliced
  • Bell peppers, roasted (you can roast then yourself or buy them already roasted)
  • Wet jerk marinade
  • Cilantro 
  • 1 tsp of Chili pepper flakes
  • Pinch of cumin
  • 1 cup of rice
  • Salad or kale, if used.

How to
cook

  1. Marinate the fish in the jerk marinade for a couple hours (if you don’t have time, it’s fine!)
  2. Cook the and set aside.
  3. Peel and dice the mango.
  4. Fry it in a pan for about 5 minutes (not too soft)
  5. Place the grilled mango in a bowl and mix with chili flakes, salt and pepper and cumin. Set aside.
  6. Fry the fish in a pan until it breaks apart (watch closely!).
  7. Place the rice and salad in a bowl, and top with the fish.
  8. Add the veggies and the mango salsa in compartments. 
  9. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
