- 600g of white fish, diced
- Juice of 3 big limes (or 4 small ones)
- Juice of 1 meyer lemon (or half of an orange)
- ½ big red onions, diced
- A big handful of cilantro
- 1 jalapeno pepper, finely diced
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 bag of corn chips, plantain chips or even endives if you want to go healthy!
*Alternatives: Mango, pineapple, bell peppers, celery, avocado, tomatoes or even coconut milk. Pretty much whatever fruit or vegetables you like, just dice it and throw it in there!
