Ceviche

Servings: Appetizer, 4-6 people

Ingredients

  • 600g of white fish, diced
  • Juice of 3 big limes (or 4 small ones)
  • Juice of 1 meyer lemon (or half of an orange)
  • ½ big red onions, diced 
  • A big handful of cilantro
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, finely diced
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked paprika 
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 bag of corn chips, plantain chips or even endives if you want to go healthy!

 

*Alternatives: Mango, pineapple, bell peppers, celery, avocado, tomatoes or even coconut milk. Pretty much whatever fruit or vegetables you like, just dice it and throw it in there!

How to
cook

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and let it sit for about 20-30 minutes. 
  2. Serve with chips of your liking.
