Salmon sashimi

Servings: Appetizer, 2 people
Ingredients
300g Salmon loins, sustainably sourced, sliced at about ½ cm
A dozen of springs of chiv, chopped finely
Tsp of sesame seeds
1 tbsp olive oil
Juice of 1 lime
Sesame oil
Splash of Soya Sauce
How to
cook
Place the salmon sashimis on the presenting dish
Sprinkle the chive on top of the fish
Heat the sesame oil in a pan
Mix together the lime juice, the olive oil and the soya sauce
Right before serving, pour the hot sesame oil on the fish
Serve the lime juice mixture on the side as a dipping sauce
